Owned and operated by veteran Restaurateurs, Bill & Lois Donato, Donato's is a
relatively new upscale family restaurant located in quaint Hebron, CT.
Since its opening in Sept. of 2000, the restaurant has received many outstanding

The kitchen is under the supervision of Executive Chef Sean May, a magna cum laude graduate from Johnson & Wales. Sean takes great pride in the preparation, execution, and presentation of his dishes.
